Spencers ability

Name of ability: Striking lightning

Ability: Allows Spencer to create or manipulate lightning using his lightning flames. He's also able to create a weapon, increase his speed and strengh, and cover his spear with his flames.

List of attacks:

Name: Slicing lightning
Effects: When he swings his spear, lightning will comes out of it. It can cut through anything except metal, iron, and steel.

Name: Crushing thunder
Effects: By pointing his spear towards the sky, thunder clouds form and lightning strikes the opponent.

Name: Thunder voltage
Effects: Spencer cover his spear with lightning flames. When using this attack, anything that comes in contact will be extremely shocked by the impact.

Name: Thuder wave
Effects: Spencer swings his spear down, creating a wave of thunder going towards the direction the spear is facing.

I have a problem with Slicing Lightning. It can't cut through ANYTHING. Make some drawbacks.
